New offices and homes for Maidenhead town centre

This is the public consultation website for the re-development proposals for Statesman House and Braywick Gate to create a mixed-use development of new offices and new flats close to Maidenhead town centre.

Prior to submitting a planning application to Windsor & Maidenhead Borough Council, Royal London, the owners of the site and developers XLB Property will be holding a public consultation during December in and around Maidenhead.

A two-day, drop-in public exhibition will also be held in an exhibition trailer next to Statesman House on Braywick Road to allow local people to see the plans, ask questions and give their feedback.

Saturday 7th December 10am – 2pm
