New offices and homes for Maidenhead town centre

December 2019

In the first quarter of 2020, a hybrid planning application for detailed consent for Office A and an outline planning application for Office B and the Residential building will be submitted to the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead Council for consideration.

We are grateful for the feedback we have received so that we can understand the community and stakeholder views to ensure they are properly taken into account during the consultation process.

The closing date for feedback was 20th December 2019. All feedback is being reviewed and analysed and the views and comments will be used to further evolve our plans.
